Design Lab

Where alignment becomes tangible.

An intensive, collaborative space to prototype solutions for complex organizational challenges. Think less, make more.

What is a Design Lab?

A pressure cooker for strategic clarity. Over 3-5 days, cross-functional teams work intensively to move from ambiguity to prototype.

We bring together diverse perspectives, structured design methods, and rapid iteration. The goal isn't perfection. It's momentum. You leave with tested prototypes and a clear path forward.

Design Labs work when talking has stopped producing results. When you need to see possibilities, not just discuss them.

The process

Pre-Lab

Frame the challenge

We work with leadership to define the problem space, assemble the right team, and gather necessary context. The sharper the framing, the better the outcomes.

Day 1

Understand deeply

Empathy before solutions. We map stakeholders, surface assumptions, and build shared understanding of the current state.

Day 2

Generate possibilities

Structured ideation. We generate multiple solution pathways, prioritize based on feasibility and impact, then create low-fidelity prototypes.

Day 3

Test and refine

Prototypes meet reality. We test with actual users, gather feedback, iterate. Then we build an implementation roadmap.

Post-Lab

Implement and adapt

The lab creates momentum, implementation sustains it. We provide ongoing support as you move from prototype to production.

When to use a Design Lab

Strategic Pivots

Test new directions before committing resources. Prototype business models, service offerings, or strategic initiatives.

Process Redesign

Reimagine workflows that have become bottlenecks. Design systems that actually work for the people using them.

Cross-Team Alignment

Break down silos through shared creation. Build alignment by working on real problems together.

Innovation Challenges

Develop new products, services, or experiences that meet real user needs while aligning with strategy.

Culture Change

Design interventions to shift behaviors and norms. Make abstract culture concepts concrete and actionable.

Stakeholder Engagement

Create better ways to engage customers, partners, or communities. Design relationships, not just transactions.
