A decade aligning systems, from anatomy to architecture.

I've spent my career at the intersection of structure and movement. First in human systems, studying how bodies organize, adapt, and break down. Then in organizational systems, observing the same patterns at scale.

The fascia that connects muscle to bone isn't so different from the culture that connects strategy to execution. Both are invisible. Both determine function. Both require alignment to work properly.

The Alignment Co emerged from a simple observation: most organizations operate misaligned. Strategy disconnected from structure. Process separated from people. Intent divorced from impact.

This isn't about optimization. It's about realignment: bringing human systems back into harmony with their own intelligence.

Evolution

Movement

Began with bodies. Studied movement patterns, structural integration, and how physical systems adapt under stress. Learned that alignment isn't static. It's dynamic equilibrium.

Structure

Shifted to organizations. Discovered the same principles apply: structure shapes behavior, systems resist misalignment, and sustainable change requires integration, not force.

Strategy

Developed strategic frameworks that honor complexity. Human Integration Strategy emerged from years of consulting: a methodology that bridges systems thinking and human-centered design.

Systems

Now focused on organizational transformation. Working with leaders who recognize that alignment isn't a project. It's a practice. Building systems that can sense, adapt, and evolve.

How I work

I don't work alone. The Alignment Co is a network of specialists: strategists, designers, organizational psychologists, assembled based on client needs.

Every engagement is different, but the approach is consistent: assess the system, align structure with intent, adapt through iteration. No templates. No one-size-fits-all.

I work with leaders who are ready for honest conversations about what's not working. Who value insight over ego. Who recognize that transformation starts with clarity, not change.

Let's work together

If your organization is ready to realign, let's start a conversation.
